On Thursday I found myself Exploring Bisbee Arizona for the first time in years.
The entire town is built on a hill and even the shops are not level at all inside.
The above I have pictured before near the magnificent and still used court house
In front of a different restaurant now but still a great sign for the store.
I have many pictures of this building of course.
Including several from this last trip.
I think the saddest are from around 2020 and The COVID
when this great statue was wearing a huge face mask.
Speaking of hills
I climbed to the top of the B once many years ago.
It is much steeper than it looks while you are sitting in this parking lot looking up.
But O what a view!
I got well over 100 pictures on this fine day.
Including roaming around the great old cemetery
For whatever reason I find cemetery's very peaceful and calming and have pictures from inside dozens of them across this great country
Bisbee cemetery is the only one I know where you can get mine relics in your pictures behind all the graves. Just down the road in Douglas Arizona you can get pictures from the huge town cemetery with the border wall in the background.
As I said I got a ton of pictures so it may be awhile before I post some longer picture filled Exploring blogs from this trip. Bare with me please.
Beautiful town lost in time right beside the mine open pit.
The town is actually owned by the mines and they are trying to say very unsafe so might be fully shut down soon and all the old relics removed.
One reason I had to visit here.
Cheers!
As Always I took a ton of pictures.
And will share them all soon.
Also as Always please leave comments and share any links here you do enjoy! This page is always looking for readers.
