Coffee Shelter ----Or Here's Your Sign!

I  always love a well written or designed sign.

But I really Love this sign!

It is just off Main Street in Sheridan, Wyoming

on the outside of the old Woolworth's building. 

In what is now a very good coffee shop   that gives back to vets

and a sticker sign shop.

I have shown this sign picture  to a bunch of Sheridan residents

and Most of them have never seen this before.   

It is one of the things on my list that I picture each and every time I go home.  

Support your local caffeine dealer!!

I always just go with wherever I am Exploring   that is local 

for food and coffee   especially.    

And if you have never read my blogs before  I really love the local coffee shops.

Some trip home this sign may very well end up in my house......

Maybe they can make me a sticker of the sign   to add to my collection. 

So I stay out of jail.   ;)

The real signs can be found trough out Sheridan. 

In fact one can be spotted right across the street from the coffee shop

on The King Ropes building. 

Another thing I always picture when in Sheridan.

My new buddy I taught him to sit. 

But while many of the statues rotate and change   this one has been on Main Street for a long time. 

I also try and picture all the statues on and around Main when in town. 

But that is for another blog post. 

Now a couple more fun signs I have pictured. 

I will add more on a later date    because of course I have pictured tons!

I found this in Seattle    down by the water many many moons ago. 

Now since I grew up in Wyoming I hear about sheep all the time

and sheep love and Velcro gloves and such!

So I of course have a stuffed sheep collection

and often yell out "Sheep are safe!"

But I guess they all are not....

This is actually a name badge that I made some time during my eight year "career" at Wal-Mart.

They have since made it so one can not make there own name badges for some reason.

Again self made

and on one of my past cars.

For all my trips on highway I--10 where everyone seems to drive 50 in the left lane and camp there. 

It didn't help my cause much     But it made me feel better. 

More a sticker than an actual sign.

But I found this at a gas station in the middle of Arizona several years ago.

Once I stopped laughing     I got this picture. 

Speaking of stickers.

In all my travels  when I mention growing up in Wyoming 

VERY few seem to know where the correct very square state is.

When I say the state directly under Montana------Than it instantly dawns on them.    Everyone know Montana   some how.

Of course I had to tailgate him to get this picture...

Actual town in the middle of no where Oregon.

This actually the 2nd time I have visited   and now they have the nice town name signs.

My namesake perhaps?

And now I must search through my pictures

Because I can think of many that I have of well written signs for sure!

Including several about the dangerous of falling while on hikes.

But that will have to wait because this suddenly rainy day is calling me for afternoon coffee!
