An Arizona Salute

Sunrises  Sunsets and why the Arizona flag look as it does.  

It always amazes me how Beautiful and varied in color each and every Arizona sunset is.   As are the sun rises    I just have seen way way less of them.   I would enjoy mornings much more   if they started around noon....   One night many years ago    we were still living in Florence Arizona at the time  I found out that my wife   had never been to The Grand Canyon.   We took off in the middle of the night    and slept in a parking lot.    The next morning very early   we heard all kinds of people walking around and followed them to one of the rims of The Canyon.   Seeing the most amazing sun rise I have ever seen     We got a few pictures   but because of the huge size of the canyon     No pictures came close to doing the view any justice.  

I  of course have volumes of pictures of sunsets and sunrises from Arizona and beyond.
