Hi folks!
Just last night the moon was pretty Kool looking
almost spooky looking. Fitting since it is October.
At least the moon over Benson Arizona was.

Well one of the two in Benson.
Also part of perhaps the newest mural in Benson right now. Its in four sections along this wall.
Right now I can get a large coffee here for 75 cents and I needed one last evening.
I was out getting baked spaghetti for dinner.
And wouldn't you know it being a small town they had to cook some more pasta to fill my order. But it was worth it for the wait especially when I got them to throw in some extra of there super good bread sticks.
The first time I heard about baked spaghetti I was somewhere on Snob Hill in Seattle with a friend.
And was told to order this.
Amazing last nights was good but no comparison for sure.

Awhile back I entered the new bar and of course got some pictures.
I will have to locate those and show them here very soon.
Fun fact the great mural that was on the side of this pictured Horse Shoe Cafe
was falling apart and lately has been painted over ready for a new mural down the side of the great building.

From nearby Saint David Arizona
and the monastery
I have been to this place a lot and it is always very peaceful and calming.
So a few weeks ago I went to a brat and beer music festival in big Ol Benson
Turns out it was a battle of the bands to.
It was a pretty great night the music was free and just a fee to park.
More on that later
But as I was looking for a restroom I came across this bus that had been fully converted into a multi stall bunch of urinals.
The front of the old bus remained the same
Just thought it was pretty neat.
Maybe because I am very easily entertained.
Worked this concert last Saturday.
It was interesting in a lot of ways. But mostly because no recording devises at all
were allowed in.
Well a 3rd party group locked cell phones in bags so customers could have them with them. But they could not be used at all without going to the side of the venue were they could be unlocked and used.
They had a fenced in area in a corner that was the only place cell phones could be unlocked and used.
The tickets were very expensive for this one
he had a few opener comedians but his set was only an hour long.
And no one was supposed to heckle him at all during the performance.
I thought any comedian just expected that....
I recall a long time ago going to a comedian in the middle of Wyoming
where we ordered virgin drinks and they were not virgin
Anyways I might have heckled this poor guy quite a bit.
And he almost got my buddy on the stage thinking it was me but with the bright stage lights he could not really see who was bugging him. Plus I kept moving around in the audience. For extra fun.
The vendors also had to put all canned drinks into cups on that night.
Because I guess this comedian has had lots of beer cans thrown at him and on stage before.
This was supposed to be our 2nd concert of the season but he canceled out for the first one.
That angered a lot of people that were only here for the summer.
Lastly another first on this night we had a worker on our team walk up and down the motel floors looking for an armed shooter or something similar just in case.
Considering the times we live in probably a good idea
BUT I dont believe you can see the stage from anywhere in the motel.

This year has been beyond flying by
and I have no idea how it is already October.
But any year flies even more once we get into October!
At one place I waited tables we had multiple servers named Steven
One night a huge error occurred because of the same names.
And after that I changed my table tickets and such to say Adams
I am pretty sure a lot of the new workers did not know my real name.
Sometimes I used Adams when I am out and about.
